ABOUT THIS COURSE
About this course
Digital solutions can be technically sound and still fail if they do not meet the needs of the people using them. Understanding users, their goals and their frustrations is essential to creating products and experiences that are useful, intuitive and valuable.
User Experience (UX) and Customer-Centric Design introduces learners to user research, customer-centred design, information architecture, prototyping and usability testing. Learners develop practical skills for exploring user needs and testing ideas before solutions are fully implemented.
The course also explores empathy and emotional design, helping learners balance business objectives with the human experience and contribute to digital solutions that create meaningful value.
