ABOUT THIS COURSE
About this course
Good business decisions depend on more than instinct. Data can reveal patterns, highlight problems and support stronger recommendations, but only when it is prepared, interpreted and communicated in a way that people can understand.
Data Analysis Basics introduces learners to practical business data analysis. Learners explore how to prepare and organise data, identify trends and patterns, create visualisations and use findings to support recommendations and decision-making.
The course also emphasises accessible and ethical communication of data, helping learners present insights clearly to different audiences and use evidence responsibly in a business context
This course is ideal for:
Individuals who want to develop foundational data-analysis and visualisation skills for business, including aspiring business analysts and employees who increasingly work with data in their roles.
This 15-credit microcredential is one of eight credit-bearing modules that make up the Higher Certificate in Digital Business Analysis. Complete all eight required microcredentials to build towards the full 120-credit Higher Certificate
