ABOUT THIS COURSE
About this qualification
Behind every product, service and customer experience is a set of processes. When those processes are unclear, inefficient or disconnected, they can create delays, frustration and unnecessary cost. Understanding how work flows is the first step towards improving it.
Business Process Analysis and Modelling develops practical skills for examining, documenting and improving business processes. Learners explore process mapping, As-Is modelling, opportunities for automation and digitalisation, and ways to evaluate the business impact of proposed improvements.
The course also considers human factors and user experience, helping learners design process improvements that work not only on paper, but for the people who use them.
This course is ideal for:
Individuals who want to analyse and improve how work gets done, including aspiring business analysts, process-improvement contributors and employees involved in operational or digital change.
This 15-credit microcredential is one of eight credit-bearing modules that make up the Higher Certificate in Digital Business Analysis. Complete all eight required microcredentials to build towards the full 120-credit Higher Certificate
