ABOUT THIS COURSE
About this course
Digital projects rarely move in a perfectly straight line. Priorities change, new information emerges and teams need to respond quickly without losing sight of the outcome they are trying to achieve. Agile ways of working help teams plan, learn and adapt as work progresses.
Agile Project Management introduces learners to Agile principles and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and Lean. Learners develop practical skills in sprints, backlogs, prioritisation, continuous delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
The course also explores human-centred Agile teams, helping learners understand how communication, collaboration and adaptability contribute to successful digital project delivery.
