ABOUT THIS COURSE
About this course
Every organisation operates with uncertainty. Changing customer needs, process breakdowns, resource constraints and unexpected events can all affect performance. The ability to recognise risk early and respond practically is therefore an important business skill.
The Playbook for Risk and Operations introduces learners to the fundamentals of operational risk and day-to-day business operations. Learners develop practical approaches to identifying operational challenges, assessing risk and considering solutions that support continuity, performance and improvement.
The course also encourages learners to see risk as more than something to avoid. By exploring innovation, growth and competitive advantage, learners build the confidence to think constructively about uncertainty and change.
This course is ideal for:
Individuals who want to strengthen their ability to identify operational challenges, assess risk and contribute to practical solutions in a business or workplace environment.
