ABOUT THIS COURSE
About this course
Projects are part of everyday work, from launching new initiatives and improving processes to implementing systems and responding to change. Successful projects depend not only on formal project managers, but on team members who can organise their work, collaborate effectively and adapt when priorities shift.
Navigating Project Management develops the practical skills learners need to contribute confidently within project environments. Learners explore project teamwork, personal organisation, time management, responsible practice and the realities of business growth and change.
Through scenario planning and adaptive thinking, the course also helps learners build resilience and a more flexible approach to project participation, giving them skills they can use across a wide range of workplace settings.
This course is ideal for:
Individuals who contribute to projects, are preparing to take on project responsibilities, or want to strengthen their planning, organisation, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
