About this course

Strong teams do not happen by accident. They are shaped by how people communicate, motivate, support and lead one another. As employees take on greater responsibility, the ability to work effectively with people becomes as important as technical expertise.

HR for People and Culture introduces learners to practical leadership and people-development skills. Learners explore team collaboration, motivation, basic coaching, self-leadership and the development of their own leadership style.

The course also considers diversity, inclusion and sustainability within teams, helping learners think more intentionally about the culture they create and the role they can play in helping others perform and grow.

This course is ideal for:
